About The Role The Finance Manager will support the Financial Controller in overseeing the company's financial reporting, month-end close, and finance operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, strengthening finance processes, and managing a team of accountants across multiple entities. The role requires strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience in financial close and audit processes, and the ability to manage operational finance activities in a fast-paced fintech environment. What You Will Do - Lead the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all group financial statements are accurate and delivered on schedule.
