:We are seeking a Financial Services Tax Disputes Senior Manager. Our Tax Disputes lawyers are integrated into PwC’s tax business. This enables the team to offer clients a fully integrated tax disputes offering, covering all stages of the dispute from initial enquiry and investigation to final resolution either by agreement or through the courts. Litigation is not a separate stage in the resolution process – It is part of that process. Clients come to us as we can also offer the tax technical depth of knowledge and the ability to flex how we resolve disputes; including recourse to other settlement mechanisms such as ADR or Treaty resolution as well as our recognised expertise in tax litigation.
What your days will look like:
Day to day management of ongoing matters as part of a wider team, from liaising with HMRC and the Tribunal to helping manage the PwC and client relationships as well as building relationships with new clients....
