ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To work diligently with the VCs and QCs in their respective assigned factories.Regularly update the daily report to superior for any immediate action.Conduct production meeting, if necessary, for production solution and share knowledge about finishing process improvement.Review and confirm All Step color panel at specific factory to meet intended company design.Review Pilot run product until finish. Provide support in solving any finishing issue. Consult vendors finishing management to avoid issues in Mass production.Follow Mass Production until finish and support in solving any finishing issue. Ensure take no more than 02 Review necessary for a launching of product.Color mixing and checking with standard proper tools for mixing ratio and formulation.Support vendors technician in completing Standard Finishing Copy for production use....
