Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support on fintech, payments, digital assets, crypto, blockchain and technology-related matters, including commercial partnerships, platform arrangements, payment products, embedded finance, digital wallets, tokenisation and other innovative financial services offerings.Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements, including partnership agreements, payment services agreements, SaaS agreements, cloud services contracts, outsourcing arrangements, referral agreements, reseller agreements, supplier contracts and technology service agreements.Advise on regulatory compliance for financial services, payments and digital asset-related activities, including FCA regulation, payment services, e-money, cryptoasset regulation, outsourcing, operational resilience, data governance, technology risk and cross-border service delivery.Support the development, ...
