Role Overview

A growing Fire Risk Management team within a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for a Fire Risk Consultant to join their North of England team. This role is suitable for an experienced fire safety professional confident delivering fire risk assessments and advising clients across a varied building portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fire risk assessments, including Type 1 to Type 4 assessments
• Produce clear and detailed reports with practical fire safety advice
• Support clients with compliance across a varied property portfolio
• Work closely with internal teams, building owners, property managers and design professionals to manage risk, improve safety standards and meet legal obligations

Qualifications

• Experience completing Type 1 to Type 4 fire risk assessments
• Strong knowledge of the Regulatory Reform Order and fire safety legislation
