The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Firefighter (Basic Life Support) assigned to a crew engaged in airfield, structural firefighting, crash-rescue operations; to drive and operate firefighting vehicles; and to assist in reducing and/or eliminating potential fire hazards; and performance of non-invasive emergency medical procedures. • Performs Basic Life Support. Drives and operates firefighting vehicles, such as pumpers, aerial ladder trucks, and Airport Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) vehicles.
