Job Description

• Proven experience in coaching Pilates
• Certified Pilates Instructor (with relevant certificates)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Energetic, motivated, and customer-focused
• Conduct one-on-one and group Pilates sessions

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ fitness levels and create customized workout programs
• Ensure proper form, technique, and safety during sessions
• Motivate and guide clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment
• Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Assist in promoting studio services and programs
