**Fitter / Welder**

**1st Shift | Climate‑Controlled**

**🕒 Schedule:** Mon–Fri | 5:00 AM–2:30 PM

💰 **Pay:** $24–$28/hr

🏭 **Environment:** Climate‑controlled

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform **MIG & Flux‑Core welding on pipe & structural components**
+ **Read blueprints, weld symbols & fabrication drawings**
+ **Set up and maintain welding equipment**
+ **Prepare and fit pipe (bevels, 3/16 gap, no landing)**
+ **Execute 5G stainless pipe welds (Argon purge)**
+ **Complete 3F channel weld tests**
+ **Inspect welds for quality & accuracy**
+ **Maintain a clean, safe work area**

**Requirements**

+ **2+ years welding experience**
+ **Proficient in MIG & Flux‑Core welding**
+ **Experience with pipe fitting & welding**
+ **Ability to pass 5G pipe & 3F weld tests**
+ **Strong blueprint reading skills**

**Preferred**
