Internal Job Title: STT Trainer – Fixed Ops
Reports To: Team Lead, Software Training & Transitions
The Software Training & Transitions (STT) Trainer – Fixed Ops is responsible for delivering effective training and support to customers on the PBS Dealer Management Software. This role focuses on ensuring customers gain the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully use the software, through both virtual and in‑person training sessions. The trainer will develop a thorough understanding of all software modules, assist with new software installations, and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process.
