The Fleet Development Manager serves as the primary fleet sales contact, ensuring strong alignment between dealer priorities and country direction in support of the GM MEO business sales plan. This role is responsible for driving fleet targets while supporting retail objectives through disciplined execution, proactive customer engagement, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires regular, well‑planned monthly customer and dealer visits, meetings, and touchpoints with key, strategic, and government accounts, while continuously expanding the customer base by identifying, establishing, and growing new business opportunities across government and key accounts.
