• Serve as the Engineer-in-Charge for comprehensive maintenance of a corporate client’s fleet of 200+ vehicles and equipment operating within Changi Airport .
• Provide fleet engineering services, including reviewing and monitoring reliability, failure causes, asset condition , and initiating reliability improvements and updates to maintenance schedules and plans.
• Conduct regular maintenance-related training and instructions for staff, covering vehicle systems, maintenance procedures, fault rectification, troubleshooting, and updates to technical documentation.
• Develop and propose initiatives to digitalise maintenance services , such as:
  • Digitisation of technical manuals for easy reference
  • Paperless maintenance production control (with interfaces to BPDZ’s Maxicloud )
