Job Purpose

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager – Western Canada, this role oversees the scheduling of all deliveries/pick‑ups for packaged and bulk products, ensuring safe and optimized operations. The incumbent also manages fleet maintenance scheduling, approves invoices, liaises with the Senior Ops Manager on CAPEX, chairs monthly driver meetings, reports near‑misses, maintains department KPIs, manages driver POVLs, handles property and vehicle damage investigations, participates in driver interview and onboarding, resolves customer-related issues, tracks NOGO root causes, and provides coaching to dispatchers and drivers.
