Rate: $50/hour

Location: West

Responsibilities:

• Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient.
• Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes.
• Assisting in the operations of a pharmacy section to meet standards and targets set by department.

Requirements:

• Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Able to commit 3 days per week.
