Flight Centre - Travel Consultant - Toronto, ON. Full-time on-site role in a retail store with a rotating roster across a seven-day trade. This is a target-driven sales role where success is measured through KPIs, revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversations
• Work toward individual KPIs and sales targets, earning commission on every sale
• Sell end-to-end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, transfers, and travel insurance
• Build a loyal base of new and repeat customers – from simple domestic trips to complex international holidays
• Manage multiple customers and communication channels at once (in-store, phone, email) in a fast-paced retail environment
