Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a **Flight Engineering Manager (Level K)** to lead the 737 Weight and Balance operations team within Flight Sciences. This position is based in **Renton or Seattle, Washington.**

This first-line leadership role directs 737 Weight and Balance operations from Renton factory support through Seattle delivery, including flight test support and offsite activities as required. The position is accountable for staffing, workforce development, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness across all shifts and locations.
