FlightSupervisor is responsible for ensuring that all the food catering items andservice is handled professionally, fully, and in a timely manner for allinternational flights. The individual will fill all the carts with theappropriate food items, assist in loading the carts onto the trucks and planes,and provide exceptional customer service to the flight crew and attendants.

• For eachflight, go on the runway to meet with cabin crew and to review with themdelivered merchandise in detail
• Responsible forsupervising and checking all food production requirements are fulfilled
• Controlconformity of final production prior to delivery
• Coordinate withdispatchers, make last minute arrangements to solve issues or to bringmissing things
• Inspect, Label,Close and Seal trolleys according to all airport safety requirements
