Pay for a Float Caregiver, also known as a Float Direct Support Specialist, now starting between $18.55 to $20.60 per hour. (Pay is based on experience.)  **Now hosting weekly open interviews on Thursdays from 9am to 3pm CT.** Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.


• Float between 2 to 3 programs Required to work 40 to 48 hours minimum per week .
• Must be flexible with hours to work, with the ability to work various shifts such as days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• Maintain a valid driver's license.
• Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.
