Job Title: Float RN I - Full Time: 3 shifts per week, weekend availability required
Base Rate: $44.28 – $65.10
12 hr. shifts- paid overtime after 8 hours, resulting in an average rate of $51.66 – $75.95
Sign-on/Retention Bonus: $10,000 /Full Time Only
Job Summary: The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) can be assigned to any unit within the floating cluster assigned, per the competency without any exception. The Float Pool RN is responsible for the provision and coordination of patient centered care in the assigned area and follows the nursing process in the safe delivery of patient care.
