The Role

As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily shift operations, mentoring service staff, and ensuring guests receive a seamless, high-touch luxury experience. You will act as the bridge between the team and management, always maintaining impeccable brand standards on the floor.
