Overview

Full-time role for an experienced flooring installer to prepare surfaces and install carpets.

Responsibilities

• Preparing floors ready for new floor coverings.
• Liaising with other trades and project managers on site to make the job run as efficiently as possible.
• Taking product to site to be installed.
• Mainly installing carpet rolls and carpet tiles. Experience in installing vinyl and vinyl planks, laminate flooring, and acoustic wall linings would be highly advantageous.
• Ensuring that the job is handled in such a way as to achieve a successful, problem-free execution of it.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in carpet flooring installation.
• Hard working and flexible with working hours.
• Physically fit and able to undertake regular lifting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
