The Flora & Fauna Supervisor will be based at Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort & Spa, a luxury destination on Boracay Island.

Duties

The Flora & Fauna Supervisor is responsible for supervising and maintaining grounds, gardens, and indoor/outdoor plants beyond contractor scope. Upskilling in gardening techniques and overseeing daily upkeep.

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture or a related discipline.
• Experience in grounds maintenance and grading.
• Supervisory experience or equivalent capacity.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to lead the team in alignment with hotel philosophy on customer service.
• Attention to detail.
