Key Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality flower bouquets, arrangements, and floral displays with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Lead daily florist operations and maintain high standards of flower quality and presentation.
• Manage flower inventory, purchasing, and stock control to minimize waste.
• Coordinate and oversee customer orders either in person or through whatsapp and social media accounts, delivery schedules, and logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales, expenses, invoices, and supplier payments.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle special requests professionally.

Skills

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a florist with a strong portfolio of bouquet and floral arrangement designs.
• Excellent eye for color, design, and floral composition.
