Counterbalance Driver – Driffield

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Counterbalance Driver to join a well‑established site near Driffield. The role offers consistent hours, competitive pay and a supportive working environment.

Shift Pattern & Pay

• Weekdays and nights: £14.00 per hour (fixed shifts 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am)
• Weekends: £14.50 per hour (Wednesday to Sunday)
• Overtime: £17.50–£18.12 per hour after 38 hours
• Full‑time role on fixed shifts

Peak Season

Peak season begins 15th June. Successful candidates will work Wednesday to Sunday – days or nights – during this period. After peak season, shifts return to Monday–Thursday, days and nights.
