About The Role - Create and implement great technology to produce high quality, reliable products that meet all performance and functional criteria.
- Continuously improve and develop experimental techniques and design methodologies to enhance team and organizational capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technology research into final product designs.
- Proactively resolve engineering problems and validate solutions using appropriate test methods.
- Follow established Dyson methodologies and best engineering practices to ensure robust design solutions are delivered on time, on spec, on cost, on quality.
- Ensure effective and timely communication with all relevant teams and stakeholders.
