Job Description

BRED is looking for a Front of House Manager/Hospitality Lead to help oversee daily front of house operations at our fast-growing restaurant and bar concept. BRED is known for smoked gourmet burgers, elevated comfort food, creative cocktails, and culture-driven hospitality.
We’re looking for someone who can lead a shift, connect with guests, keep standards high, and help build a strong team culture.

Full-Time Preferred

Open to Part-Time for the right candidate

AM PM availability required

Weekend availability is a must
Responsibilities
Lead and manage FOH shifts

Oversee bartenders, hosts, servers, and support staff

Maintain strong guest experience and resolve customer issues professionally

Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards are maintained
