Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Description

Do you have experience supervising teams in a fast-paced, hospitality setting? Are you passionate about delivering welcoming, high-quality experiences for every visitor?

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the Food and Beverage Managers in delivering high-quality, memorable experiences across our venues, including cafés, theatre bars, the , Green Room, and events.


Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, key areas of responsibility include: 

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services across all outlets and events.

  • Mentor and supervise teams during busy service periods, including pre-show, interval and post-show.

  • Deliver welcoming, professional and high-quality visitor experiences at all times.

  • Run daily team briefings to communicate key operational updates and expectations.
