• Coordinate reservation confirmations in the restaurant. 
• Answer guest questions about food and beverage facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates, packages, promotions, restaurants, special events, etc). 
• Deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience 
• Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guests' requirements
