Job Description
- Coordinate Food and Beverage Services : Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service during events, banquets, or regular dining. Ensure customers receive high-quality service, and orders are correctly prepared and served.
- Event Planning and Coordination : Work closely with event managers or clients to plan and coordinate food and beverage requirements for events such as banquets, conferences, and weddings. This includes menu planning, special requests, and dietary accommodations.
- Inventory Management : Track food and beverage stock levels, placing orders when supplies are low. Maintain a clean and organized inventory and ensure proper storage of products. Monitor food and beverage waste and work to minimize it.
