Responsibility
Main Responsibilities
Supervising bartenders, waiters, and beverage staff
Ensuring quality and consistency of drinks
Managing beverage stock and ordering supplies
Monitoring hygiene, safety, and service standards
Handling customer complaints and special requests
Training staff on cocktails, wine, coffee, or service procedures
Controlling costs and reducing wastage
Preparing schedules and reports
