  • Develop new concept and new style on store display in assigned markets
  • Develop and implement overall strategic plan, directions, guideline in the areas of Business Development
  • Set annual business and operations target of Cost Control and review regularly
  • Develop and refine continuously the business model of Cost Control Department in assigned markets
  • Develop, implement and maintain Merchandising System, Vendor Management System and Purchase and Management System
  • Plan and implement major in-store promotion with selling & promotion team
    • Requirement: :
  • Degree holder with at least 8 years relevant experience in food retails merchandising or FMCG industry
  • Have global vision with travelling/ overseas experience is a plus; strong market sense and awareness, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical skills; able to use any analytical tools other than MS Excel is ...
