Main duties and responsibilities - Use specialised tools (e.g., boning knife) to debone meat according to the production requirements or customer orders
- Use knives or cutting equipment to perform skinning, slicing, trimming and portioning operations
- Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and tool /equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets
Working Hours 6 working days (Monday to Saturday: 04:00am - 1:20pm)
Location 23 Chin Bee Avenue Singapore (Nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
Job requirements - 1 year of hands-on experience using Knives, Mincer, Slicer and related machine for meat preparation
