PURPOSE
This position is responsible for standardizing and governing the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) across the unit, in line with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards. The role ensures compliance with statutory regulations, drives hygiene excellence, and builds robust audit and monitoring frameworks across all culinary operations.
Through strategic oversight, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration, the Food Safety Manager safeguards the health of members, guests, and employees while strengthening the organization’s reputation for world-class food safety and hygiene standards.
