Overview
The Food Scientist will lead the development of food-to-go / ready-to-eat products . This role will be responsible for creating, testing, and standardizing recipes either in-house or in collaboration with outsourced suppliers , ensuring products meet standards for quality, safety, shelf life, and commercial scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve ready-to-eat / food-to-go recipes aligned with the company's brand, target market, and nutritional positioning
- Conduct product formulation, trials, and sensory evaluations
- Work closely with outsourced suppliers / commissaries to co-develop or refine products
- Ensure recipes are scalable, cost-efficient, and suitable for commercial production
