Overview
The Senior Operations Manager supports the Project Manager in overseeing back-of-the-house (BOH) food service operations, including food supply procurement, warehousing, preparation, and inventory management. This role is responsible for managing processes and duties as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) or other contractual requirements for food service operations at a federal worksite. The position ensures consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and requires a strong working knowledge of, and willingness to learn, all aspects of the operation.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in food service management or related field.
Must have a minimum of one year of experience supervising or leading teams.
Must hold current ServSafe Certification.
