• Location: Quesnel , BC V2J 6R8
• Salary: 20.00 to 23.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time
• Early morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules

• 11-15 people
