Food Service Assistant (Bulk Plating)

About the Role
You will be responsible for providing meal and beverage services to all internal and external SVHM customers. This includes plating, cleaning, restocking and some basic meal preparation and production.

• Portion packing and distribution of specialised food items for dietary requirement.
• Working with Office manager and Second chef on procurement of food tallies.
• Understanding clear dietary codes, textures and consistencies
• Set up, clean, and restock plating area
• Provide correct food and beverage items as per patient meal tickets
• Clean food and beverage trolleys and trays, crockery, cutlery etc.
• Prepare salad and sandwiches as required
