Description
Help create new R&D foods and release them Audit cook stations and packaging lines to ensure compliance with HACCP food safety protocols, weights, seals, temperatures, codes, and GMPs. Ensure food safety and quality standards for all products produced or packaged daily. Report and initiate corrective actions for any food safety or quality issues. Conduct environmental swabbing of equipment when necessary. Maintain clear communication across production and management teams. Accurately complete all required daily documentation.
