Job Description

A Food Technology/ DT Teacher is required for a good secondary school in South Tyneside area. This role requires teaching Food Technology to Key Stages 3 and 4 and DT to KS3. This is full timeFood Technology Teacher/DT Teacher role will begin asap and last for 8 weeks. The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Have good classroom management skills

  • Have a passion for teaching Food Technology

  • Have excellent subject knowledge

  • Be able to organise themselves

  • Be able to plan effective, engaging Food technology lessons.

    • We are keen to hear from both experienced teachers or ECTs.
