Job Summary

We are looking for a fast-paced and detail-oriented Food Runner to serve as the critical link between our kitchen and our guests. Your primary mission is to ensure every dish reaches the correct table quickly, at the peak of freshness, and with perfect presentation. You will support both the kitchen and waitstaff to maintain a seamless flow of service during our busiest hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Delivery: Promptly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct guest using memorized table numbers and pivot points.
• Quality Control: Inspect every plate before it leaves the kitchen to ensure it meets our standards for accuracy, garnish, and temperature (Hot Food Hot, Cold Food Cold).
