Role Purpose

Supervise and lead crews/workers engaged in Industrial, Commercial and Residential building works.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and control skilled labour and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the works aspects of the project in various trades.
• Demonstrate good organizational skills, following policies, procedures and work practices.
• Read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, drawings and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
• Command respect of his workforce and develop excellent working relationships with all other department personnel.
• Convey instructions in an efficient and effective way to his workforce.
