About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Paving Foreman to join our Surfacing team based in Christchurch. This role will lead day-to-day surfacing and asphalt paving activities across roading and civil projects, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification and on programme. The successful candidate will combine practical plant and paving experience with leadership skills to supervise crews, manage quality and support continuous improvement on site.
