Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks based on project plans and progress.
• Monitor the work performance of the team to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other supervisors regarding project requirements and changes.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used on site.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and order always.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Report progress, delays, and any issues to the site engineer or project manager.
• Record daily accomplishments, manpower, and material usage in a logbook or site report.
