Enterprise Electrical is seeking a qualified Electrical Foreman to oversee field crews on a prestigious Mission Critical Data Center project in San Antonio, TX. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our field teams perform their tasks safely, efficiently, and meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in mission critical / data center projects. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, supervising apprentices and journeymen, enforcing safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, drawings, and specifications.
Standard Schedule: 6/10s
Hourly Pay: $52 - $55 per hour
Project Duration: 1 year+ with additional steady work.
Daily Per Diem: $120 (Paid daily, 7 days a week)
Retention Bonus: An additional $5.00 per hour
