We're looking for a CEO Office Intern to support the CEO and leadership team at Griffin Labs—a pre‑seed embodied AI and robotics company building intelligent machines for facilities management in Singapore. You will help keep cross‑functional work moving, strengthen internal operations, and produce clear research and briefing materials so the CEO can stay focused on strategy, partners, and key decisions.

This is a hands‑on role with real ownership: the coordination rhythms, ops artifacts, and briefs you maintain will directly affect how engineering, operations, fundraising, and go‑to‑market work stay aligned. You should be organized, comfortable in a fast‑moving technical startup, and eager to learn how a CEO office operates at the frontier of physical AI.

The role is an internship based on‑site in Singapore for 3–6 months. You will report primarily to the CEO and may take direction from operations on specific internal ops and execution tasks.
