Job Description

- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and daily priorities.
- Manage travel arrangements (including visas / accommodation).
- Coordinate communication, follow-ups, and high-level correspondence.
- Support planning and execution of regional initiatives and new projects.
- Conduct research, source vendors, request quotations, and manage small operational tasks.
- Coordinate logistics, events, on-ground visits, and key appointments.
- Handle confidential tasks with absolute discretion and maturity.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain structure, efficiency, and momentum in the Managing Director’s workflow.
- Maintain office system including data management and filing.
