What you will be doing:
We have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Foundry Operative based in Bristol.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will be trained on various operations in the Foundry and your key accountabilities will be :
Building a variety of wax pattern assemblies, using hand tools, gauges, fixtures, etc.Operating Muller-Phipps machines injecting a variety of parts.Dewaxing coated assemblies and wrapping prior to cast.Working in process cell, operating a variety of machines such as cut-off, grind, retech, knock-out.Polishing & inspecting to size using inspection tooling.Working to written and illustrated technique sheets.Working to quality procedures.Implementing improvement activities.Why Rolls-Royce?
