Summary:

All students must complete the Elective Psychiatry Rotation Application.

Students accepted fora rotation at Pine Rest will be required to complete PHASE II of the Elective Rotation Application process. PHASE II will require anonrefundable $550 application fee (fee waived for MSU College of Human Medicine students), verificationthat you are student in good standing, are covered by home school liabilityinsurance, have personal health coverage, proof of immunization/immunity of thefollowing colling diseases: ChickenPox, Rubella, Mumps, Polio, Tetanus/Diphtheria, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B,Influenza within past 12 months, TB Skin Test within past 12 months, COVID 19,and have completed a criminal background check and drug screen.
