The FP&A (Planning & Reporting) Manager holds a key finance position as the right hand to the Finance Director. The FP&A manager owns the monthly planning and reporting process and is in the driver seat for the forecasting and budgeting process. As the organization is a listed company this also includes supporting Bursa Stock exchange reporting and BOD presentations. Reports to the Finance Director and manages a team of 2.

• Performance Management: Drives development of the FP&A department to secure people growth and succession planning. Visibly leads value creation and brings multi-functional teams together to deliver on opportunities identified and goals.
