- Strategic Business Partnering and Consulting: Close collaboration with management (e.g., COOs, business unit CFOs) to interpret financial results. Translating complex technical data into business-friendly recommendations (Visual Storytelling) and providing insights that support key decisions
- Advanced Planning and Modeling: Coordinating the entire budget cycle or rolling forecasts for selected markets and divisions. Building, developing, and testing complex financial models (e.g., in Anaplan or Excel) and performing scenario analyses (what-if) to assess risk and identify market opportunities
