Job Description
- Lead and develop a team of FP&A analysts responsible for global planning, forecasting and budgeting.
- Coordinate key parts of global budgeting and forecasting cycles with regional and functional finance teams.
- Oversee financial models supporting performance tracking, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial results, trends and variances, delivering clear insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports, KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Support preparation of executive-level presentations for global finance leadership.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of FP&A processes within the SSC.
